Accessing the QAD VPN in FortiClient

The QAD VPN is available to users who are Off-Fabric (not at a Genesis/Smart Chemical location)
To access and start the QAD VPN in FortiClient, please perform the following steps:- Double Click the FortiClient icon on your desktop.
If you do not see the icon on your desktop, click the up arrow ( ^ ) to the left of the system tray in the lower right-hand corner of your screen. - Once your FortiClient console loads, click the Remote Access tab on the left and the following screen will appear:
- Click on the Connect button. The VPN should connect and the console will disappear.
- At this point you may start QAD and proceed as usual.
